HUR provides scholarship to high school graduates based on their results of the national high school exam (Bac. II) as presented in the table below. In addition, HRU annually provides scholarship for associate and bachelor degree through Ministry of Education Youth and Sport and through governmental senior leaders such as Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Samdech Kralahom Sar Kheng and so on and so forth.
