Cambodian University for Specialties (CUS) was formerly known as Cambodian Institute for Specialties (CIS) established in 2002. It was officially and fully recognized and licensed as Cambodian University for Specialties by Sub-Decree No. 01 ANK-PK of the Royal Government of Cambodia, dated on 16th January 2004. CUS is under the technical control of the Ministry of Education Youth and Sport (MoEYS) and is recognized as a qualified university in both academic and professional programs.

Vision CUS is one of the most popular and leading universities in Cambodia and in the region. It is consistent with the current trends of social development and meets the needs of both local and international labor market through the improvement of quality education and development of qualified resources for study and research purposes. It provides a reasonable tuition fee and gains a high employment rate of graduates and students.
