BELTEI University offers five types of scholarships to students:

1. Four-year scholarships for the Head of Royal Government in order to distribute to students who are financially challenged.

2. 50% scholarships for BELTEI's students who completed high school diploma and want to study at BELTEI International University.

3. 50% scholarships for Bachelor's Degree, and 30% for Master's Degree to BELTEI's staff who wish to improve their education skills.

4. Scholarships for BELTEI outstanding students and ones who are finacially challenged.

5. Oknha Ly Chheng 100% scholarships are for BELTEI International University students who wish to continue their study in Bachelor's and Master's Degrees overseas.
